Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadRadar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

LeadRadar is an AI-powered lead generation platform that scans publicly available Reddit posts to identify potential business opportunities. The Service provides:

• Automated scanning of Reddit posts based on your configured queries
• AI-powered analysis and scoring of potential leads
• Personalized outreach message suggestions
• Lead management and tracking tools
• Analytics and performance reporting

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Not create an account if you were previously banned from the Service

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Subscription and Billing

Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No charges will be made during the trial period if you cancel before it ends.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated adjustments to your billing.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LeadRadar and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any business information, queries, and data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Third-Party Content

The leads and posts displayed in the Service are sourced from Reddit and other public platforms. This content is owned by the original authors and platforms. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms when using this information for outreach.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service or any features at any time
• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Update pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Change these Terms with notice and an opportunity to cancel

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to analyze leads and generate outreach suggestions. This content is provided as guidance only. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws
• Verifying the accuracy of lead information
• Your communications with potential leads

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadRadar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your outreach activities and communications with leads

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You will lose access to your account and data
• We may delete your data after 90 days
• No refunds will be provided for prepaid periods

Dispute Resolution
